Complaints Procedure

We are sorry you have decided to make a complaint, let’s put it right.

The first step is to reach out to us with the contact form and then we will call/email you to start out investigation. 

We have outlined the process you should expect below.

For us to thoroughly investigate any complaints we need to have as much information as possible. We will request:

Your full name.

Your mobile number.

Your email address. 

Your receipt reference, this will be on the receipt you received after booking.

Alternatively, please provide us with the date and time of travel, start location, and end location. 

A screenshot of your receipt would be extremely helpful and speed up the process.

Any images or videos taken.

Drivers or operator’s name if known.

Your full complaint. Please don’t spare any details, as we will need as much information as possible to offer an effective resolution.

If there was no booking and this complaint is in relation to something else, we will request this:

Contact number.

Email address.

Full complaint.
